What size do I need?

Front boots have 4 straps and fit 14.2 - 17.2 hh
Back boots have 5 straps and fit 14.2 - 17.2 hh
Xlarge Fronts have 4 big straps and fit 17.2hh +
Xlarge Backs have 5 big straps and fit 17.2hh+
Pony boots have 3 straps and fit 12 - 14.2 hh

Should I buy cordura or leather?

100 Denier Cordura is sealed with enduracoat and is water repellent. It is incredibly tough and is abrasion & tear resistant. It is very light weight at 5oz @ boot. These boots are perfect for turnout, every day use and are suitable for everyone. Machine washable, hang to dry.


Leather boots are for the traditionalist. They are a little tougher than cordura and are great for horses that are hard on their boots. The choice for preliminary eventing and up and are the boots supplied to the 3 day team. The leather is oil tanned and water repellant. Will require some maintenance to keep leather soft & supple. May be machine washed gently, hang to dry.

What colours are available?

The cordura are available in black, white, red, royal blue & hunter green.

The leather are available in black. You may customize them with black, red, royal blue, navy blue, green, yellow, purple, baby blue, taupe, or white velcro in any combination. A service charge of $10 per set of 4 will apply.

What happens if my horse corks the neoprene?

The neoprene is a closed cell and should not rip further. The boots will still do their job and have just prevented your horse from injury.

The cordura has worn through.  What should I do?

Some horses interfere a lot. Under the cordura is a second layer of neoprene do give double protection to the inside of your horse's leg. If the cordura is wearing through you may want to ask your blacksmith if corrective shoeing may help. A new panel of cordura can be applied for a fee of $10 @ boot. Or consider going with the leather panel at $12 @ boot.

How do I get my Boots repaired?

Please send your freshly washed boots to Cedar Peaks Ent. Include a note with desired repairs/changes and return address/contact information. We will give you a quote before proceeding.
